My legal career began in Brazil, where I practised administrative and commercial litigation before continuing my career in Canada. Since then, I have gained extensive experience in litigation and legal operations, developing a strong foundation in legal research, advocacy, and practical problem-solving.
My practice focuses on residential tenancy disputes and civil litigation, representing clients before the Residential Tenancy Branch and the Supreme Court of British Columbia. I approach each matter with careful preparation, clear communication, and a commitment to finding practical solutions that reflect our clients' needs and objectives.
I hold a Master of Laws in Canadian Common Law and a graduate certificate in e-Discovery, Information Governance and Privacy from Osgoode Hall Law School. My international background and experience with legal technology bring a unique perspective to my practice. I speak English, Portuguese, Spanish, and French.
