Enter the date of your RTB hearing or facilitated settlement conference and select the type of proceeding. The calculator will estimate the latest date for applicant and respondent evidence to be received by the other party and by the Residential Tenancy Branch, along with the latest date to serve documents using common service methods.

Parties should serve and submit evidence as early as possible. Late evidence may not be considered, and a failure to prove service may result in adjournment, dismissal, or evidence being excluded. Always keep proof of service, including registered mail receipts, tracking records, screenshots of emails, photographs of posted records, or signed statements from the person who served the documents.
