Milad Khadivi
Law Graduate | Legal Researcher
Before law, I spent over a decade in client-facing roles, learning how to listen carefully, de-escalate tense situations, and find workable solutions for people under pressure — skills that translate directly into tenancy disputes. I completed my law degree at the University of Glasgow, earning an LLB in Common Law, and hold an Honours degree in Criminology from Simon Fraser University, where my research focused on wrongful convictions in Canada. That background gives me a sharp eye for detail and a deep respect for getting the facts right.
At Bright Law, I focus on legal research and file preparation, working behind the scenes to make sure every matter is built on solid ground before it reaches the Residential Tenancy Branch. I'm fluent in English and Farsi.
