Repairs and Maintenance

Landlords are obligated to maintain all services and facilities (e.g., fixing a broken fridge). Tenants must keep the property reasonably clean and maintain it (e.g., cleaning a dirty fridge) and are obligated to report any problems for the landlord to attend, as the landlord cannot repair what they are unaware of.
