Order of Possession

An order from the Residential Tenancy Branch (RTB) that, by itself, does not allow a landlord to simply enter a unit. To be enforced, it must be turned into a writ of possession at the Supreme Court by filing it along with certain documents, authorizing eviction enforced by court bailiffs.
