Illegal Activity

Serious illegal acts affecting safety, property, or lawful enjoyment can be grounds to end the tenancy. The RTB expects admissible evidence tying the activity to the unit or tenant. We recommend that you review RTB Policy Guideline 32 for more information on what activities and circumstances are considered illegal by the RTB.
