Director (Residential Tenancy Branch)

Administers the Act, approves forms, runs dispute resolution, and can make binding or monetary orders and impose administrative penalties. RTB arbitrators are considered delegates of the director, and can therefore exercise their jurisdiction by rendering binding decision that can be enforced through the courts.
