Filing orders in court

RTB orders can be filed in court and enforced like judgments of the courts. In the small claims court context, it's generally the filing of a monetary order in order to get the collections process started. In Supreme Court, it takes the form of either obtaining a Writ of Possession, which court bailiffs would need in order to regain possession of a property, or the confirmation of a monetary judgment (generally above $35,000) which would then attach to someone’s property.
