Duty to Accommodate

Landlords must take reasonable steps to accommodate disabilities and other protected grounds under human‑rights law, up to undue hardship. Documentation and a genuine dialogue are expected. Please note that the duty to accomodate is generally not a matter that the RTB has jurisdiction to determine or compensate.
