Security Deposit

Money held as security for damage beyond normal wear and tear or for unpaid rent/fees authorized by the RTA. Strict rules apply—move‑in/out inspections, timelines, receipts, and interest. Failing the process can cost a party the deposit or lead to an RTB Monetary Order.
