Two steps: an internal RTB Review Consideration (limited grounds, short deadlines) and, if needed, a Supreme Court judicial review on fairness/legal error—not a re‑hearing. If you are planning to file for review consideration, the RTB has published Policy Guideline 24 to provide guidance on what the RTB considers when reviewing such applications.
