Mutual Agreement to End

Landlord and tenant sign a clear written agreement to end on a set date. It should confirm deposit handling, keys, and possession times to avoid later disputes. We recommend that mutual agreements to end tenancy are formalized on the RTB's standard form. You can find these in our Resources page.
