Notice for Cause
A notice provided for various reasons, such as unpaid rent or utilities (after demand or due date), breaches of a material term, repeated late rent payments, or if the government orders the tenancy to end (e.g., for demolition or condemnation). Tenants generally have 10 days to dispute it, and it is highly advised to do so if they disagree.
