Landlord’s Notice for Unpaid Rent

A 10‑day notice to end tenancy for non‑payment. If all arrears are paid within five days of service (or deemed service), the notice is cancelled; otherwise the landlord can seek an Order of Possession. If there is a valid reason why the rent was not paid (see our blog post on this topic titled "My landlord didn't do _____, can I stop paying rent?"), then a tenant has the opportunity to dispute the notice within 5 days, as well.
