Emergency repairs

Urgent fixes (e.g., no heat, serious leak), but they need to meet the definition of ‘emergency repairs’ set out in section 33 of the RTA. The RTB has released Policy Guideline 51 which provides further guidance on what constitutes an emergency, and whether you may be entitled to an expedited hearing.
