Generated notice

A notice to end certain tenancies created via the RTB’s online system; it has the same legal effect as the paper form, and is required in most cases for a notice to be effective. For example, if a landlord wants to move into their property, they must generate a notice with a specific ID and serve it on the landlord. A notice that is not generated through the RTB’s online generator is unlikely to be found as binding.
