Emergency Entry

No notice is needed when immediate entry is required to protect people or property (e.g., fire, active flood). This is for true emergencies—not convenience or routine checks. Make sure to review section 33(1) of the RTA to see if your situation meets the requirement of the Act to qualify as an emergency.
